Please note that the turn around for Transcript requests are 2 to 3 days;
longer during peak busy times and the summer.
IMPORTANT:
Federal Laws require that we maintain a transcript on file for Sixty (60) years. The Transcript consists of your grades, rank in class and average. Anything other than this is considered the TEMPORARY RECORD.
Federal Laws also require that the TEMPORARY RECORD of any student shall be destroyed no later than Seven (7) years after the student transfers, graduates, or withdraws from the school system. Written notice to the eligible student and his/her parent of the approximate date of destruction of the record and their right to receive the information in whole or in part, shall be made at the time of such transfer, graduation, or withdrawal.
For RISING SENIOR parents, please take a look at our letter that we sent out for tasks to complete over the summer. If you have any questions, email your child's counselor.
