Winter Athletic Registration
Online Registration for winter athletes is open. You can register using this link.
The Winter Athletic Meeting will be held on November 16th at 6 PM in the high school Fine Arts Center. The meeting is mandatory for all high school and middle school winter athletes and parent/guardians must attend if they did not attend the fall meeting.

Some Helpful Tips For Athletic Meeting Nights

1. Have your student athlete complete the Maroon Card during school hours.
2.  Have a copy of the student athlete's current physical with you.

Boys Ice Hockey
Any boys interested in trying out for the high school hockey team need to attend a mandatory meeting at the Foley Stadium Athletic Office located at 305 Chandler Street in Worcester on Wednesday November 8th at 4PM

Athletic Fees
As in the past, the Leicester Public Schools require the payment of a non-refundable athletic fee in order to participate in the athletic program. The fee assists in defraying the costs of the athletic program offered by the Leicester Public Schools. This fee also allows the existing programs to continue and provides the student athletes with opportunities to pursue their athletic interest and exercise their talents.

This year the athletic fee will be $100 per sport, per student with a family maximum of $300 for high school students, and $75 per sport, per student with a family maximum of $225 for middle school students. Families with student athletes at both the high school and middle school will default to the $300 family maximum. The fee is due, in total, after the coach has finalized the roster (typically 7 days after tryouts). Students will not be given a uniform until the fee is paid. All fees must be paid online at the following link (Online Payment Link). Reference the student’s name and sport where applicable.

Coaches, nor the Athletic Office will be collecting fees. If you have a financial hardship that makes it difficult for you to pay the $100 athletic fee ($75 for middle school students) and you qualify for free or reduced price lunch, you may request a waiver of this fee by completing the form below and submitting to the Athletic Office.

Waiver Form

This fee allows for participation in the athletic program, but does not guarantee playing time. Playing time is based upon many factors such as ability, dedication, and sportsmanship, and is determined by the coach.
Thank you for your attention in this matter and I look forward to a great season for Wolverine Athletics.

There is no parking for spectators behind Leicester High School. Please utilize the parking lot at the high school. In the event that there are no parking spaces available in the high school lot for evening games, additional parking can be found at the middle and primary school
